Egg Fried Rice
Cook 2 cups of rice, whichever style of rice you choose, and put in fridge. You want to use cold rice when making fried rice. Scramble 8 eggs and set to the side. Heat up a large enough skillet to hold twice the amount of rice you have. Get the skillet very hot. Coat it with sesame oil. Dice up about 6-7 green onions and throw them in the skillet until they are brown. Dump in the rice and some soy sauce and mix. Dump in the eggs and a little more soy sauce and mix. It only takes about 2 minutes in this hot skillet after you dump the rice and eggs in to be ready. ENJOY!!!!
