Popcorn Balls

Ingredients
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup marshmallows
20 cups of popped popcorn
Directions

In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, combine the corn syrup, margarine, water, vinegar, salt, sugar and marshmallows. Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil or reaches 255 degrees. Stir in vanilla. Pour the hot mixture over popped corn, tossing gently to coat each kernel.
Press popcorn into 3-inch balls with lightly greased hands. Cool on wax paper and then wrap with plastic wrap.
