Tonight's Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients:

4 large ripe tomatoes
1/8 cup graded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 clove garlic - minced
1 sprig parsley - chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper - dash


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Coat cookie sheet with oil or spray.  Slice tomatoes to 1/4 inch thick and spread close together on cookie sheet.  Lightly coat tomatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper and oregano.

Bake for 22 minutes or until cheese is toasted.
