Fried Tilapia

Ingredients:

4 Tilapia fillets (amount can vary)
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 cups bread crumbs
2 cups of lemon juice
salt
peanut oil

Directions:

Cut Tilapia Fillets down the middle long ways, then cut into cubes.  Mix milk and eggs in large bowl.  Mix flour and bread crumbs in large bowl.   Add a few cubes of tialapia into milk mixture then into the flour/bread crumbs and coat really well.

In iron skillet get pour peanut oil and inch or two high and heat.  Add the tilapia with bread crumb mixture and fry to golden brown each side.

Drain fish on paper towel, sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.   Lemon juice can be added in side dish to dip fish into as well.
