Tonight's Fried Rice


1 bag frozen mixed vegetables with peas, carrots, corn (sometimes green beans)
4 eggs
1/2 cup teryaki sauce
3 tbs butter


in large skillet or griddle put butter and frozen vegetables - saute  
put to side vegetables and fry the eggs popping the yolk to fry
add rice and mix all ingredients

continue to saute until done
