Tonight's Chili

  • Tonights Chili - prep time 11 minutes / cook time 22 minutes

  • Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 can (15 oz) Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) Pinto Beans (or 16 oz dry package - let soak night before)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can (32 oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water


    •    shredded Cheddar cheese and crushed corn chips, on side 


  •      Directions

  • Brown ground beef and drain oil 
  • add all ingredients and let simmer
