Tonight's Best Salsa

Ingredients:

6 vine ripe tomatoes
1/2 red (purple) onion (med. sized)
one bundle of fresh cilantro (usually comes in a bundle)
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

Depending on how big your blender may be you might need to blend in several stages which is fine, it all goes into the same pot.

Take cilantro and pinch off all leaves, use the leaves and throw away the stems
Blend all ingredients
Chill

(homemade) RESTAURANT STYLE CHIPS

1 package of CORN TORTILLAS

Cut tortillas into 1/8 triangles - like a pizza
fry in a deep fryer until golden brown lightly salt
