Tonight's Best Lasagna


1 pound hamburger meat
1 45-64 oz jar spaghetti sauce
9 lasagna noodles (more or less depending on dish)
32 oz cottage cheese
two eggs
4 cups mozzarella cheese
5 slices swiss cheese


Brown meat and mix with spaghetti sauce

In bowl mix cottage cheese and eggs, salt, pepper

In large extra deep disposable aluminum foil pan **put a layer of sauce mix then a layer of lasagna noodles then a layer of cottage cheese mix then layer with  swiss cheese pieces sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese** repeat three times or as much as your pan can hold ending with a layer of sauce mix followed by lots of mozzarella cheese on top

May have left over spaghetti sauce, freeze and use another day for spaghetti

pre heat oven to 350 and bake  until cheese is brown

Serve with salad and garlic bread
